In addition to this, SmallCargo provides international freight services, simplifying cargo shipments to Europe, America, and Asian countries.
Project overview
SmallCargo was faced with a daunting task of providing individual tracking information to their growing customer base for international shipments from Turkey. As the number of customers increased, the task became increasingly unmanageable. To solve this problem, they approached LimonAgaci. We developed a system that allows customers to track their cargo online, alleviating SmallCargo's operational burden. In addition, we integrated the system with platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and Alibaba, enabling SmallCargo's customers to easily manage and track each order, thus enhancing their overall customer experience.
